Ken is presently serving as a Shareholder of the firm. He is also a member of Bacon Wilson's corporate, commercial and municipal law departments. For over 20 years, Ken has represented commercial banks in all aspects of lending and workout practices, coupled with representing closely held business entities in all aspects of operations. In addition, he currently serves as town counsel to several Massachusetts municipalities, including the towns of Monson and Southwick.
