Regional Law Firm Hires New Attorneys

Springfield, MA – The Springfield-based regional law firm of Bacon Wilson, P.C. is pleased to announce that They have hired 3 new associate attorneys: Thomas R. Reidy, Spencer A. Stone, and Kathryn S. Crouss.

Attorney Reidy is a member of the litigation and real estate and zoning teams, where he handles land use, zoning, real estate, environmental, licensing, and general litigation issues. He currently serves as Chairman of the Pioneer Valley Signature Chefs Auction for the March of Dimes, member of the Ambassadors Committee of the Amherst Area Chamber of Commerce, and as Trustee of Hampden East Condominium Association. He earned his J.D. from Western New England University School of Law and his B.A. from Assumption College. Reidy works out of the Amherst office and lives in Springfield.

Attorney Stone is a member of the bankruptcy and reorganization, real estate, and business and corporate departments. He is well versed in all aspects of consumer and business bankruptcy, reorganization, insolvency, debt settlement, taxation, commercial law, real estate, foreclosure, debt collection, commercial lending, and identity theft. He earned his J.D. Magda Cum Laude from Western New England University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Massachusetts. He currently serves as Co-Chair of the Massachusetts Bar Association Annual Western Massachusetts Bankruptcy Conference and as a member of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts Pro Bono Advisory Committee. Stone works out of the Springfield and Amherst offices, and he lives in West Springfield.

Attorney Crouss is a member of the litigation department and handles all aspects of civil litigation, including employee and management side employment law litigation, personal injury, and domestic relations litigation. She earned her J.D. from Western New England University School of Law, Cum Laude and her B.A. from Allegheny College. She currently serves as a Member of the Law Review Advisory Committee and as a Member of the Board of Directors, Dress for Success – Western Massachusetts chapter. Crouss works out of the Springfield office and lives in Florence.
