"Virtually every legal matter has some tax or financial implication. It is my job to counsel my clients about the options they have available to resolve those legal matters, and at the same time assess the tax or financial impact of those options in order to try to maximize the final results on an after-tax basis. My analytical mind, education and experience combine to enable me to evaluate the issues en route to identifying practical and workable solutions. I feel that the most gratifying way to establish a relationship with a new client is as a result of a referral from an existing client." |
