"I make sure that my clients receive fast, reasonably priced, quality legal services. I work hard to make sure that they feel that they made the right choice in selecting both my firm and me, promptly returning phone calls and answering correspondence. My clients become my friends as well as my best references for future business, so I make sure that they understand what I am doing on their behalf, and that they have input into all key decisions. Keeping clients informed and involved is as important to me as it is to them."

Michael is Co-Chairman of the firm's Bankruptcy Department. His practice is concentrated in business and insolvency law, and he has played a significant role in numerous successful reorganization cases, including acting as counsel to Savage Industries Inc. in its Chapter 11 reorganization, and as counsel to the Creditors' Committee in the Chapter 11 of Columbia Bicycle. For 23 years, he served as a Federal Bankruptcy Trustee, and he is a frequent lecturer and guest speaker for business and bankruptcy law programs. Michael also handles sophisticated Healthcare Law Matters, and is General Counsel to many businesses including medical practices and individual physicians.

His additional specialties include: Creditor's Rights, Commercial and Corporate.
