Greta is a general practitioner with a particular focus on financial and real estate matters. She handles Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies, and is responsible for cases from inception through discharge and close, including negotiations with Trustees in asset cases and adversary proceedings. Greta is also responsible for review and negotiations of Purchase and Sale Agreements for residential real estate transactions, working with all relevant parties to resolve title issues and post-close issues. She represents business and individual clients in zoning appeals matters and has defended business clients in matters surrounding complaints and prosecutions with state agencies such as the Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure. She also has appeared regularly in District and Superior Court representing both plaintiffs and defendants in both pre- and post-judgment proceedings and has experience in estate planning, probate and family law. |
