"The people whom I represent in legal disputes are often under tremendous stress. I attempt to demystify the legal process, help alleviate their fears and provide a realistic expectation of the outcome. I then work with my clients to carry out a plan designed to attain the best possible result, whether through litigation or negotiation. I approach litigation from a problem solving perspective, and my goal is always to provide the most effective and efficient result for my clients." |
