Calling Bankruptcy and Business Attorneys...

The firm is seeking applicants for two associate attorney positions.  Prior experience in one or more of the areas of law relating to Bankruptcy/Reorganization, Business Transactions, Corporate Law, Finance, Zoning, and Land Use is strongly preferred.  Admission to the Massachusetts Bar is required for employment consideration, and admission to the Connecticut Bar is a plus. Candidates for attorney positions at the firm must be organized, energetic, and goal-oriented.  Excellent writing and verbal communication skills are also essential.  If you would like to be considered for one of the associate positions, see the instructions to the left on how to apply.

LEGAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTS, Amherst Office and Springfield Office

Positions are presently available in the firm's Springfield and Amherst offices for full-time legal administrative assistants.  The duties of the positions include receiving clients, answering telephone calls, scheduling appointments, transcribing and editing documents, and other general administrative and clerical tasks in a busy law office.  All candidates must have exceptional client service skills, superior grammar and writing skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to multitask while staying organized.  As with most positions, typing of at least 50 words per minute with accuracy is required.

The position in the Springfield office is focused in the practice groups of Domestic Relations and Real Estate, with some work with various other law types.  Experience in these areas would be helpful, but isn't necessarily required.  For the position in the Amherst office, candidates who possess prior experience in the practice areas of Real Estate, Zoning, Land Use, Commercial Transactions, and/or Estate Planning are preferred.
