The firm is seeking applicants for two associate attorney positions. Prior experience in one or more of the areas of law relating to Bankruptcy/Reorganization, Business Transactions, Corporate Law, Finance, Zoning, and Land Use is strongly preferred. Admission to the Massachusetts Bar is required for employment consideration, and admission to the Connecticut Bar is a plus. Commercial Paralegal, Springfield Office
We are presently seeking candidates for a full-time Paralegal position in our Commercial Transactions Practice Group. Experience in handling commercial real estate closings, commercial transactions and/or financing in a legal environment is strongly preferred. Candidates must be organized and detail oriented, and possess excellent grammar and typing skills. The person who fills this position must be able to independently manage files in a deadline-oriented atmosphere, handle significant client contact, and be able to easily work with all levels of attorneys and staff.
