Legal Administrative Assistant, Northampton
Available presently in the firm’s Northampton office is a full-time position for a Legal Administrative Assistant. This position’s duties are multi-faceted and include working as part of a team to provide administrative assistance to attorneys and service to clients in person and over the telephone. Knowledge and/or demonstrated experience of basic accounting and prior legal experience are preferred, especially in the area of Taxation or Estates. Candidates for this position must be comfortable working with numbers and possess excellent typing, transcription and client service skills.
Accounting Clerk, Springfield
Available presently in the firm’s Springfield office is a full-time Accounting Clerk position. The duties of this position include working as a team member in our Accounting Department to accomplish Billing, A/P, A/R and other general bookkeeping tasks. Candidates for this position must have strong general accounting knowledge, solid typing and computer aptitude, excellent grammar/proofreading abilities, and superior verbal communication skills to deal with all levels of attorneys and staff.
