7 Local Attorneys Named As SuperLawyers 2005 In Boston Magazine

Attorney Salvage is the co-chairman of the firm's Insolvency Department. His practice deals with sophisticated workout and bankruptcy matters, representing both creditors and individuals or companies facing financial difficulties. His additional specialties include creditor's rights, business/corporate and real estate. Salvage is a member of the executive committee and former chairman of the board of Jewish Geriatric Services, Inc. He lives in Longmeadow.
Attorney Fialky is chairman of the firm's Corporate Department. His practice is concentrated in business and banking law, with an emphasis on business formations, mergers and acquisitions. Additional specialties include health care, trusts and estates and real estate. Fialky is a past president and current member of the board of directors of the Springfield Chamber of Commerce, and he currently serves on the board of trustees of the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. Attorney Katz is Co-Chairman of the firm's Bankruptcy Department. His practice is concentrated in business and insolvency law, and he has played a significant role in numerous successful reorganization cases. Attorney Rothschild is Chairman of the firm's Litigation Department. His practice is concentrated in general litigation, as well as personal injury, product liability, medical malpractice, and employer/employee disputes. He also represents a number of employers in general business and higher education, providing advice on issues relating to termination, discrimination, and avoidance of disputes. Attorney Krevalin is presently serving as the firm's Managing Partner. Krevalin is a past chairman of the board of Jewish Geriatric Services. He lives in Longmeadow.
Attorney Darling is chairman of the Estate Planning and Elder Law Departments, and he is recognized as the area's preeminent estate planner. His areas of expertise include all areas of estate planning, probate and elder law. Darling is a past president of the Hampden County Bar Association, and he teaches law at Williams College, Bay Path College and is an adjunct professor at Western New England College School of Law – LLM program, teaching Elder Law. He is a frequent lecturer on various estate planning and elder law topics at both the local and national levels. Darling lives in Longmeadow.
Attorney Mirkin's areas of practice include commercial and residential real estate, as well as consistent involvement in commercial loan documentation, representing numerous area financial lending institutions and business borrowers. In addition, he handles zoning and subdivision issues. as well as commercial and banking law. Mirkin is a former president of the board of directors of the Western MA Division, American Heart Association and a current co-chair of the Baystate Children's Hospital Golf Tournament. He lives in Longmeadow.
