Attorney Speaks at National Conference

Springfield, MA – The Springfield based law firm of Bacon & Wilson, P.C. is pleased to announce that partner, Hyman G. Darling, recently conducted a seminar at the annual symposium of Elder Law in San Francisco, CA. This event, sponsored by the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys offers attorneys from across the nation an opportunity to gather and learn from industry experts. Darling's lecture covered the topic of "Planning For Lawyers."
Attorney Darling is the Chairman of the Estate Planning and Elder Law Department. His areas of expertise include all areas of estate planning, probate and elder law. He is a member and past president of the Hampden County Bar Association, as well as a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Hampden County Estate Planning Council. He is an adjunct professor at Western New England College School of Law, Williams College and Bay Path College and serves as a member and on boards of various local charitable organizations. Darling earned his A.B. from Boston College and his J.D from Western New England College School of Law. He lives in Longmeadow with his family.
