Jennifer Sharrow is a member of the firm’s Business & Corporate Department. Jennifer’s practice focuses on business entity formation, governance issues, asset purchase and sale agreements, and commercial real estate transactions. Jennifer additionally works with non-profit and municipal clients on general legal matters. Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer spent over a decade with the federal government working with small businesses, non-profits, and municipalities in civil rights and community development programs. She is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
