There are many proven communication techniques that caregivers can learn to improve day-to-day life for
those with dementia and reduce their own stress. Learn how to communicate in a way that minimizes
frustrations, decreases anxiety, and prevents disagreements.
This is part of a series called, “What You Need to Know About Alzheimer’s Disease for Caregivers and Family
Members.” This series aims to expand your understanding of Alzheimer’s and what you can do to make the
very best of every day.
