This presentation by elder law attorney, Todd Ratner provides information about wills, durable power of
attorney, protection of assets, health care proxy, and what Medicare and Medicaid do and do not cover.
While this program is not intended to substitute for a personal appointment with an elder law attorney, you
will have the opportunity to hear about typical issues and problems that can be avoided or reduced by
adequate planning.
