Springfield, MA – The regional law firm of Bacon Wilson, P.C. is proud to announce that Eugene B. Berman has joined the firm as Of Counsel. Berman is a member of the bankruptcy and reorganization department, and his specialty is creditor’s rights.
Berman serves as Counsel to the North American Paper & Plastics Industry Credit Group, is a member of Board of Directors of the Western Massachusetts Area Development Corporation and past President of the Commercial Law League of America. He has been active in various area historical preservation groups for many years and was one of the founders of the Springfield Preservation Trust and the Mattoon Street Historic Preservation Society. He earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Nebraska. He lives in Enfield, CT.
