Bacon & Wilson Handles Chapter 11 Reorganization of Williamstown Company

Springfield, MA – The Springfield based law firm of Bacon Wilson, P.C. announces that associate, Justin H. Dion, is handling the Chapter 11 reorganization of The Spoke, Inc., located at 279 Main Street, Williamstown, Massachusetts. This filing will allow the company to resume its efforts to provide all necessary services and products to its loyal customer base while it proposes a reorganization plan with creditors.
The Spoke, Inc.’s principal officer, Paul Rinehart stated: “I am very happy to be back servicing my many loyal and long standing customers.
