Estate Planning & Probate Attorney, Northampton

Bacon Wilson is seeking candidates for a full-time transaction assistant in our Commercial Practice Group. This individual will assist corporate attorneys and paralegals in document preparation and negotiation of sophisticated corporate legal transactions. While prior legal experience would be a strength, the firm will consider exceptional entry-level candidates, including recent graduates, with demonstrated academic achievement and work ethos. The successful candidate must also be able to independently manage files in a deadline-oriented, high-volume, atmosphere, handle significant client contact, and work with all levels of attorneys and staff.
Commercial Finance Paralegal, Onsite or Remote Opportunity
Bacon Wilson seeks candidates for a full-time paralegal position in our commercial finance practice group. Prior legal experience handling commercial real estate closings, commercial transactions, and commercial financing in a legal environment is preferred, but not required. The firm will also consider exceptional, detail-oriented, hardworking, organized, entry-level candidates, with translatable skills or experience. The successful candidate will be involved in document drafting and review and due diligence, and must also be able to independently manage files in a deadline-oriented, high-volume atmosphere, handle significant client contact, and work with all levels of attorneys and staff. Knowledge of commercial transactional laws for the New England states is preferred. Candidates may be local or outside of the Springfield area. Candidates with exceptional qualifications will be considered to enjoy a work-from-home accommodation, but must be available to complete some in-person training in Springfield prior to working from home.
