Litigation Attorney

Bacon Wilson seeks a highly motivated attorney with 3 to 5 years’ experience to practice in our litigation group. Our litigators have a diverse practice covering all courts and administrative venues, and most areas of law including employment, commercial, tort, and real estate litigation. A successful candidate should have trial experience, preferably with experience in employment law. Admission to the MA Bar is required; admission to the CT Bar is preferred.

Commercial Finance Paralegal

Bacon Wilson seeks candidates for a full-time paralegal position in our commercial finance practice group. Prior legal experience handling commercial real estate closings, commercial transactions, and commercial financing in a legal environment is preferred, although the firm will consider exceptional entry-level candidates, including recent graduates, with translatable skills or experience. The successful candidate will be involved in document drafting and review and due diligence, and must also be able to independently manage files in a deadline-oriented, high-volume atmosphere, handle significant client contact, and work with all levels of attorneys and staff.
