Regional Law Firm Attorney Appointed as Holland, MA Town Counsel

Springfield, MA – The Springfield based regional law firm of Bacon Wilson, P.C. is pleased to announce that Partner,
Kenneth J. Albano was recently appointed Town Counsel for the Town of Holland, Massachusetts. His appointment will be effective July 1, 2011. Some of the firm’s responsibilities will include the review of municipal contracts, general and zoning by-laws, assistance in land use zoning and conservation matters, employment law, and litigation.
Attorney Albano’s additional areas of practice include corporate, commercial and healthcare law. He currently also serves as Town Counsel to the communities of Monson and Southwick. He earned his J.D. from Western New England College School of Law and his B.S. from Providence College. He is a member of the Massachusetts Municipal Law Association and lives with his family in Monson.
