When Life Gets Legal SM

Britaney N. Guzman-Bailey

  • Associate

“Just as all families are unique, so too are the legal issues that may surround them. I work with families of all forms and clients from all backgrounds; I listen to their needs with empathy and advocate for them accordingly. Given the highly emotional and sensitive nature of family law matters, I believe that transparency is fundamental to a positive attorney-client relationship. This is why I strive to explain how the law might affect your family circumstances in an easily digestible way.”

Prior to joining Bacon Wilson, Britaney served as a judicial law clerk at the Connecticut Superior Court. Britaney graduated magna cum laude from Western New England University School of Law, where she served as Production Editor of the Western New England Law Review.
