David represents creditors of all kinds such as banks, credit unions and debt purchasers in loan recovery and collection matters. His legal work spans a wide variety of areas including loan recovery, complex commercial litigation and general business litigation, lease disputes, commercial collections, real estate foreclosure, and bankruptcy litigation. David is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and Connecticut. He appears regularly in the trial and appellate courts for both states and has argued in the Connecticut Supreme Court.
