"The people whom I represent in legal disputes are often under tremendous stress. I attempt to demystify the legal process, help alleviate their fears and provide a realistic expectation of the outcome. I then work with my clients to carry out a plan designed to attain the best possible result, whether through litigation or negotiation. I approach litigation from a problem solving perspective, and my goal is always to provide the most effective and efficient result for my clients.”
Paul represents clients for matters of personal injury, product liability, and medical malpractice. He also represents both employers and employees in employment-related matters, providing advice relating to termination, discrimination, and avoidance of disputes.
